● 컨셉 설명

이제는 아파트의 커뮤니티 시설에도 새로운 바람이 불기 시작했습니다. 기존에 느껴지던 딱딱하고 정형화된 공간이 아닌, 디자인이 함께 어우러져서 일상 생활에 녹아들어 있는 공간으로...! 작가의 작품이 주민들의 생활에 스며들어 일상생활에서 작품과 함께 할 수 있는 커뮤니티 시설. 유리를 활용하게 되면 건축물의 표현방식도 굉장히 다양해 집니다. 커튼월 구조는 건물의 외부에서 바라 보았을 때, 유리가 보이는 면적이 크기 때문에 단지 외부를 바라보고 내부를 바라보는 용도로만 사용하기에는 너무 아깝습니다. 프라이버시도 보호하면서 디자인의 표현과 이를 통하여 실내로 유입되는 다채로운 색의 빛은 기분을 좋게 해주는 효과도 생깁니다.

● Concept Description
A refreshing new wave of design has begun transforming apartment community facilities. These spaces are no longer rigid or standardized but have evolved into lifestyle-integrated environments where design and daily life coexist harmoniously.

By incorporating artists’ works into the community, residents can experience art as part of their everyday lives. Utilizing glass opens up endless possibilities for architectural expression.

In curtain wall structures, where the glass surface is prominently visible from the exterior, it would be a missed opportunity to use it merely as a barrier between indoors and outdoors. When design is applied thoughtfully, it can provide privacy while allowing beautiful, colorful light to filter through — creating a pleasant and uplifting atmosphere inside the space.
