● Concept Description:

Peter H. Reynolds' "The Dot" is a picture book that tells the story of a girl named Vashti, who believes she can't draw until her teacher encourages her to express herself freely. With simple illustrations and minimal text, the book resonates deeply with readers. Through the efforts of the school librarian, approval was obtained from the publisher to use some images from the book, resulting in a design concept that encourages students to unleash their imagination on blank canvases while reading the book. It's a time for students to explore their creativity freely on their own canvas as they read.
